London Dry Gin

Eleven Botanicals distilled in London Dry with a bizarre story, which begins on July11/43 between a war and a love for two islands: England and Sicily

Flavour

To the eye: completely clear and crystalline.

On the nose: full notes of almond and carob, "sweet" with hints of cream and almond paste. Juniper and citrus fruits close this bouqet of aromas and pleasant sensations.

On the palate: Strong and spicy entry with the main aroma of almond and juniper, citrus and carob persist on the finish. All eleven botanicals are well balanced with each other. Pleasant and creamy texture; the artisanal distillation techniques make the gin delicate and round without perceiving the pungent notes of alcohol.

Slightly tannic and fresh finish.
Ingredients
Within Eleven Gin, these inimitable essences are infused together before being distilled:
- Carob
- Sweet almond
- Bitter almond
- Juniper
- Lemon peel
- Orange zest
- Grapefruit peel
- Nepita
- Pomegranate
- Myrtle
- Almond shavings
And the result is an unrivaled mix of taste!
Technical

Basic alcohol: premium grain alcohol.

Denomination: London Dry Gin.

Infusion: all botanicals, obviously natural, without adding any essences or extracts, are infused together before being distilled.

Power still: beech and olive wood.

Final alcohol content from the distillation process: 80%

Aging: sixty days in glass demijohns.

Filtering: Cold.

Dilution: Demineralized water.

Bottling: 500 ml bottle. At 42 °.

Tangerine Dry Gin

At the sight: straw yellow in color,

On the nose: It is a Gin of great character with three botanicals that prevail on the nose in the following session: prevalence of green mandarin followed by a warm basil flavor and a decisive and fragrant note of Juniper at the end. All three botanicals are well balanced with each other. A pleasant and refined essence that indicates artisan distillation techniques that make it fresh and round without perceiving any pungent note of alcohol

Serve: Fresh, on the rocks. In a tasting glass. Very versatile also in mixing and gin and tonic (recommended recipe)

And the result is an unrivaled mix of taste!

Infusion: all the botanicals, obviously natural, without any addition of essences and extracts are infused for 10 days and then have a first filtering in glass demijohns to complete the final rounding.

Final alcohol content: 41.5%

Aging: 45 days in glass demijohn

Filtering: Cold

Reduction: Deminarized water

Bottling: 500ml bottle

Single Batch: 250 liters
